I finished reading the Dark Elf Trilogy by R.A. Salvatore (Can't believe it's taken me this long to read about Drizzt!) and I was wondering how I could possibly hope to write something as long as a full novel. Now, even though some are as small as 250 pages, that seems like more than I could ever hope for. Then I thought about my longest, and pretty much only complete story, The Blind Man. It was a total of about 7 pages, front and back. Then I got to thinking... never have I seen a fantasy novel whose pages are fuckin 8.5" by 11" -_______________-
So I pulled out a book that's about the average size of the fantasy books I read. 3" by 7".
The Blind Man came out to 19 pages, front and back.

That's an erection inducing shot of self esteem. Now suck my throbbing word count.
